I had a great time at this hotel! The rooms overlook the pool and garden, spacious and quiet; perfect for a relaxing time. The service was exceptional, with little balloons and drinks in the room, and even weather updates in the morning. The location couldn't be better, away from the noisy hotel zone but close to everything. Dining options were good, and the facilities were top-notch.

The hotel is located in a great neighborhood of Tulum, approximately 2 km from the town, offering super comfy and very pleasant rooms with a modern design. The rooms are sparkling clean, credit to the dedicated cleaning staff, and overlook the pool and garden, providing a quiet and spacious stay. The service, while mostly very helpful and nice, highlighted by the amazing and friendly staff, including Anola and her team. The location is ideal, away from the noise, close to everything, but a bit further from the main strip, leading to unexpectedly high taxi prices. The dining options are delicious, although a bit limited, with a restaurant just 10 minutes away. The facilities are convenient and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay.

The location couldn’t be better, outside the noisy hotel zone but close to everything else, allowing a relaxing stay away from the beach road hustle. While not very close to Tulum pueblo or the beach, the manager Alex is always around to help you get where you need to be.

I had a fantastic stay at Era Hotel Tulum. The rooms were super comfy, and the promotion price I got made it even better. The staff, especially Anola and her team, were amazing and made my stay very pleasant. The location was perfect for me, offering a tranquil escape after my daily adventures, although taxi prices were a bit high due to being further out from the main strip. The dining options were very tasty, and the facilities were top-notch.
